Stay Hydrated:
Drink water as much as you can. (just kidding). But seriously one should at least drink 5 liters of water throughout the day in summer time. If you can`t drink plain water, simply add lemon juice and little bit of salt to it or some mint leaves. It is also prescribed to drink salt sugar water in the time of summer.As it works as ORS solution and keeps our body hydrated. Always Carry a bottle of water in your bag, so that you never feel dehydrated while working outside of home. It`s a good option to drink fruit juice also for those who really hate drinking too much of water.

Those who wants to loose weight, Summer is the ideal time for them. But everyone needs to do exercises to stay healthy and fit also. In summer we get tired so easily. so it is advised to do light exercises in summer mornings, like doing slow jogging, or walking or doing some easy yoga'. It helps to keep us feel fit throughout the day and exercises helps to boost metabolism also.

Make up is the best friend for most of the girls. but try to stay away from heavy make ups or heavy cosmetic products during the hot summer days. But one thing is must to have and that is,sunscreen Lotion or gel whatever you like. Never ever ignore sunscreen lotions before going to the sun. Its really very much important. keep the make up as minimal as possible. keep the n**e matte look. just use a simple kajal, mascara light lip gloss and you are ready to go in the sun.( Oh yes, don`t ever forget the sunscreen). and Sunglass.

Stay Simple With Your Clothes
Don`t wear heavy clothes during summer. wear light clothes,mostly cotton or cotton based Fine clothes are best for summer.But don`t expose too much of body in the sun as we all know tanlines are horrifying for every girls. and its really too much difficult to get rid of tans. so it is suggested to cover up the whole face and whole body also before going out

Avoid Sun As much As Possible
Its not really possible to stay in home every time, as everyone has works and everyone has to go outside for some reasons. But try not to stay in the sun for a long time. Those who are office goers or have some routine work, try to reach your destination before the sun reaches in the middle of the sky.
